Our Process
Laser etching delivers energy to a small and focused area of a product. The surface of the product melts and expands, creating raised marks that often become black, white, or gray in color. Etching is often used for putting serial numbers, barcodes, logos, or custom designs on various products.
Laser cutting or engraving removes material from the product’s surface, leaving behind permanent, deep marks. Laser engraving is often used to customize acrylic awards and trophies, signage, promotional products, and other custom work.
Our Capabilities
All laser cutting and etching processes are completed right here in our facility using our 120-watt CO2 laser, with a table size of 28” x 40”. Our machines can handle an acrylic thickness of up to .500” and are compatible with a variety of graphic software formats (JPEG, PDF, PNG, DXF, Adobe, Corel).
